But hurry—we sold out last year!

Quincy Jones often credited Bremerton as the place where "music discovered him". Moving here at age 10 during the WWII boom, his father worked as a carpenter at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, On a fateful night at the Bremerton Armory, 11-year-old Quincy, looking for snacks with friends, stumbled upon an upright piano. He famously recalled that touching those keys made "every cell in my body and every drop of blood" realize music was his life's calling. Today, that legacy is physically anchored in downtown Bremerton at the newly opened Quincy Square, a cultural hub designed to inspire the next generation of artists just as the city once inspired him.
